All products offered through Deep Sky West are digital astrophotography datasets. Due to the nature of these digital goods, once a purchase is completed and the download link has been delivered, the transaction is considered final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for digital downloads. This policy ensures the integrity of our data distribution and reflects industry standards for non-tangible products.
